# Engineering Manager, Platform · Lisbon, Portugal
Teams that ship steadily, sleep at night and keep growing.
Open to staff and principal roles from January
ines@lisbon:~$ cat about.txt
I manage two platform teams, twelve engineers in all. I hire, coach, set direction with product and still review the important pull requests.
My teams cut incidents by two thirds while shipping more than before.
